It was still close enough to those startup roots where like you say, you weren't going to get pigeonholed. You could actually learn from the experiences of professionals and an organization that had done things many, many times. And so that's another thing that I give is a piece of advice to these medical students is that if you can find a company that fits that kind of setup, that is a very, very good place to grow your career.
