RP is for serious folks. We are not for folks that want to dabble. If you're brand new to lifting or if you don't like training at all, you're going to need to go do something though. Go watch a YouTube video, spend a couple hours watching that. The diet app is our first shot in an app. The hypertrophy app is scary time for me to see this. It's better. And I will say that the app has sort of surprised me with programming a little bit less volume than I would myself. Again, am I biased? Of course I'm biased. But like, he was just like, damn, it is really cool.
