Yehoshua: Segregation of workers works great when everything is normal, but the moment there are conflicts, actually segregated workers lead to more violence and worse tensions. For the long tom productive health of a firm, it's actually better to spend money in the short run to have mixed steams within the firm than risk some of the terrible consequences that come long term segregation rate. Yehoshua surveyed more than a hundred supervisors at different firms after his project. He found that during these period of high intentions, there were negative effects in low dependency as well.
