Lonely shows itself in lots of different ways doesn't it? Absolutely, absolutely and as you said you can be lonely and be in touch with lots of people. It's about the quality of, no quality is the wrong word but it's about the ways in which that interaction happens and whether you feel that you can bring everything that you need to. That's one of the things because often people who have had some kind of a mental health crisis, their first approach to services has been a difficult one to make.
