Sally Kohn: I started my career six weeks before 9-11 and a huge recession. And then, you know, fought my way back and then the financial crisis happens. So again, it was a little bit of a love hate relationship with Wall Street. She says she took a 90% pay cut to leave Wall Street first for FinTech and then to start ARCA. "There wasn't really that many kind of FinTech success stories back then where that move from Wall Street to FinTech made as much sense as it does today"
