The Cost of People for Parcels and Mail

Cost of people is essentially the FTE split to the full-time equivalent split between people that are dedicated to operating any of our back-end processes front-end processes for parcels versus for mail because they're essentially two different types of product lines. Cost of people for parcels has been increasing gradually and why the cost of and people for meals has been decreasing gradually so what that could just mean that our clients asking or the customers of our clients are using the the parcel service more than the meal service.
