The Limiter of Opportunity

Some founders can't get quite that big in terms of size and revenue to still be fingers and everything, but they still have their fingers and everything. That becomes the two problems. One, it's risk taking, starts to be an issue. And the second is they really hit a point where that first break,. They can't have interviewed every employee before the employee starts anymore. But when they do, they realize that it's a much better path. It's good for everybody. Once you get over that hurdle of realizing now we can grow exponentially.
