How to Get Rid of Anxiety

If you're doing that with your time, it is your priority. Start getting in the habit of putting those things on your calendar on a daily basis. Plan out year in advance. This also allows you to have the freedom of removing anxiety from always thinking about what it is that i got to do and how to i got to remember all this stuff. You'll be really surprised how much anxiety goes away when you don't have to remember everything. Just be really focused and be present in that time slot that you're currently existing.
