How to Get Out of a Faithless Place
If the motive of your voice there was one of utter boredom then probably it's a kind of defense. The person would have to get out of that themselves. It's very hard unless you were close in with them, you know, a parent or a sister or a brother and you knew they're a psychological weak point so that you could move them along a little bit. But if a person is saying I just don't feel it in a more desperate way then I would give them the same advice I would give like a writer. Take the first step, not the second, not the third, work with exactly what you're presented with, the nature of your own exile at the moment.
