Banks Are Printing Money
Banks tend to be in a position where they may money by borrwing short and lending long. It's extremely rare as a a reason for a bank failing or anything like that. But it does present a problem if things happen rapidlyi or if your bank grows very slowly. If there hadn't been realy high rates of inflation, the interestrate thing is easier to predict. You now, interest rates are not going to move around all that much.
