How Did Your Peak Week Protocol Look Like?

The first three days of peak week essentially were primarily focused on depleting my muscle glecagen. A part of the high fat reasoning is to just make sure that your calories aren't super, super low and to potent restore intra muscular cyglostrides which could maybe help fos. And then i did two days of really, really high carbohydrates to try to maximize mustle glecogen. On those those car bloading days, my water was also increased as well.
