The New Structures Are Confusional Accountabilities

I always thought grey had given the primeminister a bit of a life line in her interim up date when she said that one of the issues was confused accountabilities. But it doesn't look to me as though the accountability lines are any clen they werent. I do think iud be very helpful if somebody could take a bit of time to explain, maybe simon case, how these new structures would have prevented those failures of judgment and leadership that sue gray's report exposed. And paul, of course, this is something that some cases, now going to have to oversee. Wat, what do you make of his position, how he's been lefto? His is quite compromised
