How Do You Get Your Child to Play Independently?
I think with us, and with most infants and toddlers, we really act as a link between the environment and the child. So i see it as my job to spark interest in an activity by doingmy doing it myself and maudeline,. And then step back once he's engaged with something. I also always make sure our play space is in our main area. Because they really just want to feel a safe and connected. That independence grows with time. It's not something that we can just force overnight.
