How Do You Build a Channel Mix in Amazon?
Andrew Keen: I'd love to hear a little bit anything you really share about the current sort of channel mix. And then I love Brian to share about Amazon. There's very few people, I think literally in the world that knows much about selling on Amazon as Brian does. But yeah, any context you can give about the mix? A lot of purchasing is actually more kind of what we'll call serendipitous intent. It's so hard to get people to go a shopping place in a shopping frame of mind.
