How Long Should You Run Continuously?

With, with most people, my goal is to get them up to 90 minutes of continuous running. And also where I live in Seattle, it's hilly as hell. Like don't feel defeated by walking. So, but yeah, I would say 90 minutes to two hours. That seems to be a pretty reasonable target for folks.
