I'm just wondering how you measure that or how you quantify it. Our current turnover is 20 percent. Per year, we would have incremental retention of two percent of the 20 percent. And average annual hiring costs for a new staff member is about $50,000. I think what we're saying is providing the training gives us 2 percent of the20 percent that don't.
