Is the FBI Working on the Colleges?
U.S. universities have been fertile ground for spying is that and for economic espionage is the kind of open global culture of universities. There's less concern within a university typically than there might be in government or business about why exactly does this guy want to collaborate with me. Now in recent years there's been this crackdown on connections with China so that I think there's a lot of fear in academia now about collaborating with Chinese researchers because the Justice Department was looking very closely at those partnerships.
