The Cost of Art

The NEA line item in the budget is a small thing. It's not that big of a deal. Let's just let it go and we have art. The cost to the average American is pennies, right? A year. Once you've uncorked this bottle, it's very difficult, if not well, not impossible to get the quirk back in. And I think PBS is a remarkably good example.
