Thrombocytopenia Perpyrra
Thrombocytopenia perpyrra has a low incidence of 0.1 to 0.2% during pregnancy, although I feel like I see it way more often. IgG antibodies are responsible for playlet destruction, but not necessarily impairing playlet function. What you'll commonly see are common scenarios that there's a playlet count of less than 100,000 and tonadily or early on in the pregnancy.
