Moody's analysis earlier in 2022 showed that 3% of office space right now in the city is eligible for conversion. Thomas LaSavia, senior economist at Moody's: This is not a quick fix. It's going to take office values to decline. A lot of firms will decide they want to shed quite a bit of space.
