Diets Are Not Meant to Make You Fail
I'm not a fan of anything that you can only do for a short period of time. What's the point? You're going to return to your old habits, et cetera. I want you to approach your nutrition like a life style. Don't approach this like diet. Doing so just it sets you up for failure. Diets are meant to make you fail. And that's probably why my ten is down so it just helps me to be a little bit more aware. That's all that i need.
