Nuclear Energy

Happer: Nuclear power emits essentially none of those because it's so carefully controld the entire fuel cycle that is probably least polluting of any source of energy on earth to day. But i'm upro nuclear, and i think it has a future and come back. I think germany is learning the hard lesson of decommissioning nuclear power plants in favor of wandwill as we speak.
