How to Stop Intrusive Thoughts
Anonymous: I could probably beat the shit out of the average person, but something mentally keeps me from feeling right during or after a confrontation. Where should I start and what can I do to try to even stop these intrusive thoughts? How can I harvest the courage to stand my ground? It's really annoying despite the fact that I'm fully aware and self-conscious of it. My wife and I also plan on having a baby, and I'm scared as hell that I might actually teach my children not to be able to confront people appropriately. Thanks a lot.
