EQT's New and Different Approach to Fundraising

I don't think anything's fundamentally broken except for those issues with the public markets which are actually global questions. We've more than tripled the size of our team over the last three, four years on the institutional side. I think we have 150 people now in our capital raising team total which is pretty amazing. Like I said, we've gone to a thousand clients as we call them. It's kind of a play on words but more of a mindset thing. That coverage is global and local so we try to have people locally as close to the clients as we can.We still have a lot of work to do but that's going to hopefully simplify life for everybody.
