I think there's all sorts of reasons why he does it. So like verifying his image of himself. He didn't get that mirroring, which early psychotherapists called Co-Hut said was really necessary to get a sense of self. I think every time he is hoping this might be the way that I find value in myself because he didn't have love from his parents. And yet in these multitude sexual acts, he would love some part of dick with men anyway, would love it to be love.
