Is Substack a Tool or a Platform?

Roxanne Jones: Substack, a new email service that's been compared to YouTube. She says the company is going to become a bundler for media companies like Twitter and The New York Times. Jones: I was concerned it would try to be an aggregator or old school sense of bundler. But she says they've added features such as podcasting in addition to recommending content.
