DeFi Developers in the US?
If you're developing privacy protecting tools, it seems like very scary because as we've discussed briefly, there's a developer of the Turner Cash Protocol who's sitting in jail in the Netherlands and hasn't been charged yet. But if all you did was publish smart contract code that allows people to maintain their own privacy while using a network like ETH or ENCRYPTS then they could charge you with something rather than holding you for hundreds of days without charges. There are some reasons to be in the US if you're a DeFi developer who's merely publishing code, which I would argue is the truest way of being a DeFi developers.
