A negative test is what I would call good news great news in fact means there's no signal that gives you a 99.4% negative predictive value again make sure that patients compliant with their other health parameters weight loss smoking lifestyle etc. A 1.2% risk doesn't sound like much on one but part of that is remember even breast cancer and colon cancer only have in the 70s and 80% pickup so there's a lot of people who are non-compliant that this will backfill.
