The Importance of Confidence in Prioritization
The way in which we do prioritization at HelloFresh is called ice. It's a acronym or initialism that stands for impact, confidence and effort. The idea here is that the impact is how much money this thing is going to project to do if we do it well and right. And so I feel like as part of an orca process, we can ask those questions within prioritization.
