The better we get at applying data and analytics, the less worried employees have to be around being dispersed. I don't think there's an employee in a traditional bank today that doesn't say, Jesus, my job at risk because of technology. The customer is educating themselves based on what they know. It's cool when you know things about me that are helpful to me, it's creepy when it feels like you know too much.
