If your appetite is abnormally low, especially in the morning, that could indicate this kind of bigger problem. And then basically the red spectrum of sunlight, and it's pretty intense light It helps to get rid of the nitric oxide and unleash whatever is blocking that cytoform C-oxidase enzyme. The bigger portion of your body, your exposure to sun the more vitamin D you'll generate.
