How to Heal From Self-Hazard
If you're going to heal from self-harm, you have to identify your triggers. Self-harm is most often a way of dealing with emotional pain and what feelings that make you want to cut or hurt yourself. So once you learn to recognize the feelings that trigger your need to self-injure, you can start developing healthier alternatives. We are not to be identified or not to be defined by our emotions. You don't want to live by an emotional act, especially that you do to yourself.
