The Process of Due Diligence Q&A at a Large Corporate Law Firm
As an M&A associate at a large law firm representing by or seller, your job is to help coordinate that process. The way it's managed currently is an email and excel spreadsheets. And the interesting thing about it is the process is incredibly slow and laborious almost irrespective of the size of the deal. It's something I frankly had trouble with early on in my career.
