The first thing that we want to remember is that just because people have delivered, they're not out of the window for preeclampsia or a clampsia. And even in the postpartum period, women are still at risk of this. You can get post-dural puncture headaches within five days of the epidural around delivery. They have certain clinical features that make one hone in on that diagnosis.
