Hillsong's Tax-Free Status

The Australian charity is not for profits commission, which is looking at Hillsong's tax-free status. Officially, the watchdog will not comment. The federal government minister who is in charge of the watchdog also declined to comment. If or when the watchdog makes its ruling, they could take a big bite out of Hillsong. It might make it hard up their Hillsong's leaders to afford their googee clothing.
