Amanda was able to pay her staff more, putting wages up from around 18 to 20 dollars an hour to upwards of 25 dollars an hour. Could that be a model for the future? Stically, i think, realistically, it has to be, or we're just going to keep losing generations of staff. I can't imagine what will happen with this industry if we don't actually everybody starts paying their stofk more. And you know, you have to change your business model sum and probably raise prices.
