The process typically looks like maybe one or two weeks of diligence where we just square away all the details of what we would need to do to actually run the business. We can usually have the merchant totally cashed out and walking away in around a month after the close. There's some good baking, but certainly there needs to be some sort of data edge for us to deliver an excellent cross-selling experience. But I think that first order simply having this purchase made is very strong feature for our future success.
