The Indictment of Donald Trump

The indictment itself says the defendant had a right, like every American to speak publicly about the election. But then it goes on to indict him for doing those things. So I just, I'm not sure how that works out. If it's not in DC, it likely will end up in DC. And again, this is all stipulating that this behavior is terrible.
