How Can I Make a Good Defensive Team and Make Them Great?

The NBA has so much talent on the bottom end. Some teams seem to go out there with a little bit more moxie and other teams are just like kind of sleepwalking ready for the playoffs. I actually think the jazz, if they kept the roster as is, if they don't trade anyone and they played it straight and they went for it and they stayed healthy, I think they're playoff team. It's not going to talk about all these lower level teams in any real detail but they're a great example.
