Using tuition, awareness of energy and psycho spiritual practices are some of the most effective methods i have found to help people elevate their consciousness. It takes time to do the inner work required to permanently shift the way anxiety plays a role in our lives. If you want to feel less anxious, it is essential to start bringing in a different story of who you are.
