The Hidden Costs of Hinder Student Success
Sharon, Heather and Scott discuss some of the barriers to student success at Hinder. Sharon: We operate in silos that inhibits how we communicate with students. Heather: Financial aid regulations are misalignment between academic rules and federal regulations. They don't use current good methods to communicate with students; they're still using email kits. It's about $5,000 over and above cost of attendance for students to have a good experience.
