I regret being persuaded by Angela Merkel's statement in 2014 that there's no military solution to the problem. That was a huge conceptual mistake, I thought it was down as sort of persuasive. And obviously, we're not going to go to war with Russia over Crimea. So it's sort of seen persuasive, but now it seems to me absurd. What Russia did in 2014 was conduct a series of acts of war. The only solution to a war is ineffective military. There's no conceptual confusion about that now. That's a step forward. You just jump in with a very brief point.
