The Effects of Carbohydrate on Adrenalin and Cortisol

Carbohydrate ingestion during prolonged exercise attenuates the increases in adrenaline and cortisol. So I wonder if people that drink carbohydrate throughout exercise over and over which I wouldn't necessarily recommend especially with just training. We certainly know that like you say if you do kick on board carbohydrate during exercise, it diminishes that stress hormone response. It also diminishes the interleukin six response to exercise that induces the anti inflammatory cascade afterwards.
