Can a Woman Be a Pastor?

Women played a key role in the early church. They were actively hosting, even funding the church. We see women all throughout scripture in this close capacity. When a woman is leading the children's ministry, she is shepherding and teaching those children the Bible. Technically they're a children's pastor, but what are they really?
