The Tax Code Is a Good Chip

It's going to be difficult for law enforcement and or the policy arms of treasury that say anti money laundering policy, because they've come to depend upon this mountain of data from regulated intermediaries. The other one really briefly that actually causes the most problems for your average American person who's using these networks is taxes. So maybe that can be fixed with software, but right now the tax code is just a nightmare.
