Letty writes 11-line poem about shelter for the heart and mind. She says it sums up so much of what we've been talking about. Em, i do the best i can. I try to learn from my mistakes. We're not avoiding pain, ah, because some things just hurt. That's fundamental. But we're holding it in a way that it's almost like when i said earlier, the awareness is stronger than the visitor. It's like the love is stronger than the pain, you know. And then we can really be with things in a very different way.
