The Law That Named for Adam's Abduction
Adam's Act was signed on the 25th anniversary of Adam's abduction two and a half years ago. The states have to have their own state registry. They have to put that information into a national registry. John: "If these guys go state to state because they roam, they're predators" It needs to be reauthorized and extended for Congress if they can't get busy.
