How Can We Get More Autonomy From the USSR?

In 1956, protests in Hungary boil up into an uprising right next to Romania. Unrest spreads widely from there, and it reaches Romania by October of that year. On the 29th of October, railway men in Bucharest held a protest meeting calling for improved conditions of work. The Timisora, Oradia, and the ASE regions were placed under military rule as Soviet troops were brought in across the Romanian border in the East. And this actually, the Romanian Communist Party is going to benefit from this hugely, because Soviet troops help them stop their own capital turning into an uprising.
