The book is about creating behavior that lasts becoming the person you want to be. The most actionable stuff is directly related to things that are very similar to doing a daily journal. It's a six hour audiobook, which is about a third of what we usually do. We're going to do a Clothax book club and maybe for the first time it will be something of use.
