The Guy-Ann's Seizure

The Guy-Ann was seized in Philadelphia on July 4th. U.S. authorities identified a faction of the Balkan cartel that had financed and organized the operation. The gang brought in partners from Colombia and Northern Europe to share the risk. One American law enforcement official described it as the trafficking equivalent of an Amazon truck.
